Born Bucharest –Romania . Immigrated to Israel 1960. Studied interior design, ceramics and sculpture in Israel.Her creative repertoire includes functional pottery, lamps, sculptures, Judaica. A story teller by definition, the artist has chosen clay to be her canvas. The objects she creates, echo inner images of tranquil Zen gardens, hidden oceans in boxes, seated women dreaming of flight. Personal events, dreams, beloved animals, found objects – are the source of her inspiration. With these ingredients she concocts ceramic works radiating a timeless sense of freedom.

intr-o clipa iti vezi viatza cu ochii
arta, muzica sufletului
si, mai ales mainile care au mulat lutul,
amprente,
dar vocea ei vorbind in limba romana
m-a coplesit pe verde cu pietricele

I love your little animals, and your cushions and the combination ceramics with herbs and textil materials. Really great, Marga! And I already did put you in the blogroll of my 3 blogs. You deserve a lot of traffic and, hopefully, buyers too… I would buy myself all of them but you know how it is… La bohème…
